The Artist Who Brings Stones to Life
Stéphanie Roland
Invited to stay and prepare an installation for the Chroniques de Marseille biennial, visual artist and filmmaker Stéphanie Roland pursued a unique line of inquiry at the intersection of science and sensory perception. Her project: to listen to the Earth’s tectonic movements and “make the stones speak.”

Jérémy Gobé
During his artist residency from March 23 to 29, Jérémie Gobé created an immersive installation made of natural concrete depicting the seafloor for the exhibition “Listening to life” It is both an ode to the extraordinary beauty of corals and a wake-up call about the threats they face all over the world.
